Reducing Warm-Up Times With Remote Machine Control

One recurring issue was the long warm-up time required for certain machines before production could begin. To improve operational efficiency, I integrated Wi-Fi-enabled relay systems into several machines, allowing them to be powered on remotely and scheduled automatically before staff arrived on site. This reduced unnecessary waiting time during the start of the workday and made the overall workflow more efficient without modifying the machines’ original core systems. The project showed how relatively small modern upgrades can significantly improve usability and productivity when working with older industrial equipment.
