Repairing the Desilvering Unit With a DIY Solution.

The machine’s desilvering unit had a defective PCB that stopped the pump from working properly. Original replacement electronics were unavailable. Instead of replacing the entire system, I built a low-cost DIY solution using a koi pond A/B water-level sensor system. I modified, soldered, and integrated the components directly into the machine to restore full functionality. The solution was inexpensive, reliable, and easy to maintain.
